Teaching Assistant for Social Science Graduates

Ribbons & Reeves Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Academic Mentor. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Social Science graduate to gain valuable experience in education and youth work.
The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic school committed to fostering student potential and personal development. You will be responsible for delivering 1:1 and small group academic support to students, with a particular focus on Social Science-related subjects and study skills.
Your primary goal will be to enhance student confidence, improve academic performance, and promote independent learning strategies. You will also design and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans, as well as offer guidance and support to students who require additional help.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality academic support programs for students in Social Science-related subjects
- Design and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans to enhance student engagement and understanding
- Provide guidance and support to students who require additional help
- A recent graduate in Social Science (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Politics, or similar fields)
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and enthusiasm for education
- A passion for empowering young people and making a meaningful impact
- A competitive salary of £96.00 - £110.00 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
