Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of business strategy and lead the planning team in achieving business objectives.

  • Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Team Overview

The successful candidate will join the Savills Birmingham Planning Team, providing planning services to a diverse range of clients in the Midlands. The team's portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from government-backed Garden Villages and Strategic Urban Extensions to major urban mixed-use and commercial developments, tourism, and leisure projects, as well as rural and landowner estate portfolios. The team works with a variety of high-profile clients, including landowners, private individuals, institutions, developers, promoters, national and regional house builders, commercial and leisure operators, and investors.
