Job Description:

Are you a motivated and dynamic sales professional looking for a new opportunity? We are a growing logistics company seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. English and Spanish speakers are highly regarded. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Utilise the CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ad-hoc customer service and administration when there is an overflow.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive within pallets or an understanding.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
