An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Charge Nurse to work in a leading mental health hospital in South West London. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals.

This role is ideal for a qualified RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Ensuring effective communication of patient concerns and needs
  • Deputising for the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage staffing and clinical needs
  • Supporting and supervising new or junior staff

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £46,014 - £49,314 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
