Commercial Banking Summer Analyst Program

This 10-week program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in commercial banking. Participants will work directly with relationship managers and analysts on a portfolio of clients, interfacing with various Citi teams across the firm and around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support relationship managers in managing existing portfolios and generating new business
  • Analyze financial data using financial models, including company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and financing
  • Collect and analyze company information to assist transactions, including conducting industry research and revising financial data
  • Work with relationship managers to determine credit and cash management products to be offered to clients
  • Manage existing client relationships for transaction-level support for senior relationship managers
  • Coordinate tasks with internal and external working teams
Requirements:
  • Due to graduate in 2026
  • On course to achieve a 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree
  • Interest in business
  • Fluency in a second language (desirable but not essential)
