We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Payman Club. This is a part-time position, requiring the candidate to work 4 days per week from 6:30am to 10:30am.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, while ensuring high standards of quality and food safety. They will also be required to plan and price menu items, order supplies, and supervise kitchen assistants and workers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking foods of all types in the quantity required
- Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met
- Supervising and coordinating activities of kitchen assistants and workers
- Working with the head cook on food presentation and creating decorative displays
- Maintaining good health and hygiene standards
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food service industry, a food safety certification, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
