Dynamic West End Law Firm Seeks Residential Property Partner

This esteemed law firm, renowned for its expertise in the media and entertainment world, is now seeking a Residential Property Partner to join their team in the heart of London's West End.

As a full-service law firm, they boast a longstanding client base of both businesses and individuals, providing a breadth of legal services. With a small residential property team of two, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a friendly, supportive, and dynamic team.

You will deal with the firm's media clients, as well as a lovely spread of clients and work outside of the media space, including high-value central London properties. Your responsibilities will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE. A competitive salary and lucrative bonus structure based on billings will be offered, negotiable depending on your background and experience.
