Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will lead the Customer Data programme, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the bank to achieve prioritized outcomes.

You will capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring they align with key strategic principles and are translated from business operations, objectives, or external requirements.

A key aspect of this role is interrogating and interpreting large volumes of data, conducting feasibility and solution options analysis, and making accountable recommendations.

You will be responsible for producing business requirements to inform future state design, supporting teams in understanding the requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy.

This position also involves writing business requirements and user stories, as well as articulating and quantifying business impacts in a tangible manner that allows stakeholders to make informed decisions and recommendations.

  • Proven experience in leading business analyst roles within customer-facing programmes
  • Expertise in business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and manage junior colleagues
