About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support to our young people and helping them with daily activities such as personal care and getting out to school.

Our Residential Support Workers are the backbone of our team, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our young people. Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a natural flair for making people smile
  • Are resilient, patient, and understanding
  • Have a passion for working with young people
  • Are willing to work towards an NVQ3 or L4 Diploma in relevant Care/Children & Young People related area
