Hospitality Supervisor

Focus Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to support our established Charity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to provide exceptional support to visitors from around the world.

• Provide a welcoming environment to visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Manage services provided, including the company vehicle and transportation schedule
• Supervise volunteers and employed staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Participate and manage centre events, networking with the local community
• Source and purchase stock, ensuring efficient inventory management
• Check all floats at the start and end of shifts, maintaining accurate financial records
• Attend welfare meetings, staying up-to-date on centre operations and policies

• An effective communicator with a high level of customer service
• Experience supervising or managing a team, with a proven track record of success
• Experience of money handling is desirable, with a strong understanding of financial management
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to organise a busy and varied workload
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to tasks
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

• An annual salary of £30,000
• 20 days holiday
• Pension
