A top-tier opportunity exists for an experienced residential conveyancing law specialist to collaborate with a dynamic, multi-office law firm. This permanent role will be based in the Lichfield office.

The Role

This position involves working as part of a supportive team, where you will have access to administrative and secretarial assistance. You will be given a caseload of matters from the outset and are expected to develop existing client relationships. Your caseload will consist of sales, purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we require a conveyancer with at least 5 years' experience, managing their own caseload and possessing some management or mentoring experience. You should be able to handle a variety of matters with minimal supervision and have a proven track record of relationship management.
