Foster consultation by developing systems to consult young people about the care they receive.

Allocate Key Workers by assigning a Key Worker to each young person to implement their care plan.

Maintain High Standards by establishing and monitoring high-quality care standards in line with the quality standards and the Home’s Statement of Purpose.

Handle Complaints and Concerns by taking responsibility for addressing any complaints or child protection concerns.

Collaborate with Stakeholders by working in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of young people.

Participate in Meetings by attending and contributing to care planning and review meetings as appropriate.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
