About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic team during an exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, where deadlines and accuracy are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grind copper and aluminium components to a high standard, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Operate a 4.5-inch grinder safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Meet daily deadlines, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
  • Ensure a clean and organized working area, adhering to company standards.
