Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing design, development, and delivery of our healthcare products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge health technology projects that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare products and become a subject matter expert within your areas of responsibility.
  • Backlog Management: Collaborate with our Agile team to maintain a well-prioritised and defined development backlog. This includes holding regular backlog refinement sessions and ensuring the backlog is prioritised to support sprint planning.
  • Planning and Delivery: Work closely with our Agile team to ensure all backlog items are estimated accurately, lead sprint planning sessions, track progress, and address any impediments to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams across Graphnet Health to drive the ongoing design, development, and delivery of our healthcare products.
  • Documentation: Produce required documentation and training materials for our products, including business requirements and functional design documents.
  • Issue Management: Help triage and escalate issues as needed.
  • Requirements: A degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Health Informatics, and experience working in the healthcare IT industry. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFE Agile, is desirable.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
