We are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in West London. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to our PA/Office Manager and London team.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring consumable stock levels, ordering supplies, creating and maintaining inventory logs, and providing cover for the PA/Office Manager when out of the office.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, company pension, and benefits including 25 days holiday and company sick pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide cover for the PA/Office Manager
Requirements:
  • GCSEs in Math and English to a minimum grade of level 4
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and able to work to short deadlines and changing priorities
