Exciting Opportunity for a Proposals Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposals Engineer to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Proposals Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial team with technical expertise and bid development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial team in developing and coordinating bids and proposals for customer projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and Business Development Managers to gather information and create high-quality bid documents.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team pre and post tender submission.
  • Work on a diverse range of projects, from £50K to £1m+ in value, covering electrical and electronic systems design, test, and commissioning of integrated safety, control, and automation systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in producing proposals, bids, or tenders for engineering or technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with engineering and commercial teams.
  • Experience working in an engineering or technical environment, with the ability to review and interpret technical information and engineering drawings.
