Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a challenging role in a globally operating manufacturing business? We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bradford.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mechanical components/machinery/plant, conducting PLC fault finding, and working on AC/DC Motors & Drives, including programming and fault finding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mechanical components/machinery/plant.
  • Conduct PLC fault finding – ideally with Allen Bradley controls.
  • Work on AC/DC Motors & Drives, including programming and fault finding.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications within Mechanical or Electrical discipline (Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, City & Guilds etc.).
  • Experience working on Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mechanical components/machinery/plant.
  • PLC Fault finding experience – ideally with Allen Bradley controls.
Working Hours:

Continental Shifts – averaging 42 hours per week:

  • 4 on / 4 off – 2 days & 2 nights.
  • Day Shift: 05:50 to 17:50.
  • Night Shift: 17:50 to 05:50.
Benefits:
  • Bonus Scheme: Based on production output & quality – potential to earn up to £300 per month.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 27 Days per annum including public holidays.
  • Pension Contributions: 5.75% Employee – increased in line with the Workplace Pension Reform.
