Sales Leadership Position

We are a leading brand in the building materials supply industry, with significant growth over the last 20 years. Our business model focuses on selling through builder's merchants and maintaining relationships with buying groups, independents, and nationals.
The Sales Director will lead a national sales team of 18, supporting the national sales manager and key account managers to maximise relationships and revenues. The ideal candidate will have experience within the building materials sector, preferably in heavy side products, and have led and developed an external sales team. This role requires extensive travel and overnight stays, so the successful candidate must be comfortable with this aspect of the job.
