International Product Manager and Enterprise Solution Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the international expansion of Axon Evidence Local, our on-premises digital evidence management solution with a global customer base.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, preferably with experience in enterprise software solutions or digital evidence management systems.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £90,000 - £120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure includes a competitive base salary, employer match, and additional benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental, vision plans, fitness programs, and emotional & mental wellness support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gaining in-depth knowledge of Axon Evidence Local features and becoming a trusted resource for sales, professional services, and technical support teams on product inquiries.
  2. Conducting market analysis to understand competitor offerings and developing strategies to enhance Axon Evidence Local's competitiveness.
  3. Assisting with voice-of-customer sessions to explore customer needs, write product requirements and documentation, and collaborating with engineering to develop features.
  4. Working with Axon Evidence Local customers to understand their current needs, challenges, and objectives for migrating to Evidence.com.
  5. Facilitating a seamless transition to our cloud-based solution, Axon Evidence, by translating customer requirements and migration challenges into actionable product roadmap items for the engineering team.
  6. Guiding customers through their cloud migration journey to ensure a smooth and successful transition to Axon Evidence, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the migration process and enhance the customer experience.
  7. Collaborating on developing competitive proposals and quotations by leveraging your in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise.
  8. Advising the professional services team and other customer-facing roles on the best deployment models for integrating Axon Evidence into a customer's enterprise infrastructure.
  9. Conducting product training sessions with various teams at Axon (including Sales, Proposals, Professional Services, and Support) as well as with customers to enhance product adoption and increase customer satisfaction.
About You:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • You possess solid understanding of enterprise networks, server/client architecture, network bandwidth, video streaming, storage, and databases.
  • You have 1+ years of product management experience, preferably with exposure to enterprise software solutions or digital evidence management systems.
  • You demonstrate experience working directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and guide them through complex technical processes.
  • You have proven ability to write clear, precise, and compelling technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have experience in delivering IT projects, preferably involving data migration or large-scale software deployments.
  • You demonstrate ability to solve complex problems creatively and strategically.
  • You are willing to travel internationally when necessary (~10%).
