Job Overview:

A Mechanical Contracting Professional is required to undertake a wide range of mechanical contracts, specialising in commercial heating, plumbing, rainwater, and renewable technologies.

The successful candidate will have experience in installing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in flexible and rigid copper/stainless steel systems, above ground soil and waste systems, press pipe fitting systems, boiler/plant room installations, luxury sanitary ware, and all types of heating and hot/cold water systems.

The company is a well-established Building Services/M&E Contractor working locally and nationally on major projects along with smaller framework driven projects for well-known retail, banking, and hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake mechanical contracts, specialising in commercial heating, plumbing, rainwater, and renewable technologies
  • Install 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in flexible and rigid copper/stainless steel systems
  • Install above ground soil and waste systems
  • Install press pipe fitting systems
  • Install boiler/plant room installations
  • Install luxury sanitary ware
  • Work on all types of heating and hot/cold water systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical contracting, commercial heating, plumbing, rainwater, and renewable technologies
  • Ability to work on a variety of mechanical contracts
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
