Main Duties:- To offer one-on-one support to KS3 & KS4 pupils, helping them overcome learning challenges and achieve their goals.
- To develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
The daily rate for this position is £90-£135, inclusive of holiday pay, based on experience. Additionally, we offer customized placements, a referral bonus scheme, and access to professional development programs tailored to your needs.
Required Skills and Experience:- An enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs and a strong passion for supporting their academic and emotional growth.
