Job Title: Registered Care Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care services to our clients. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, managing a team of care professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to clients
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of clients
  • Manage and coordinate care services to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care management or leadership role within the health and social care sector
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to grow and develop services
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Compassionate, client-focused approach with a deep understanding of person-centred care
  • Registered Manager's qualification or willingness to work towards it
