About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Public Health Practitioner to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Children's and Families Care Group, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to children, young people, and families across Staffordshire.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work within your scope of practice and demonstrate the Values of Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust.
  • Be a Specialist Community Public Health Practitioner and have a focus on public health across the 0-19 agenda.
  • Be responsible for a defined population of service users in various settings across the Partnership Trust.
  • Assess children and young people's care/support needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care/support packages.
  • Have supervisory, training, and leadership responsibilities where appropriate.
  • Deliver commissioned aspects of the Healthy Child Programme.
