About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional standards of comfort and cleanliness in our client's care homes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that residents, visitors, and families have a positive impression of our client's care homes by keeping residents' rooms and communal areas spotlessly clean and tidy.

Job Details
  • Location: Enfield
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Shifts: 7am-3pm or 10am-6pm

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual who can work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable standards and meet Health and Safety Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clean and tidy residents' rooms and communal areas to high standards
  2. Perform laundry duties to provide greater flexibility
  3. Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • COSHH training and Current Accredited Infection Control Certificate (or willingness to be trained)
  • Additional infection control experience post Covid-19
  • Understanding of COSHH and Health & Safety in the workplace (or a willingness to be trained)
  • GCSE qualifications or NVQ Level 1
  • Cleaning experience in a similar environment with a commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Understanding of the challenges and sensitivity required to support vulnerable people
