This role requires relocation to Saudi Arabia, where you will be part of a company that explores, produces, transports, and sells crude oil and natural gas.

The company has a strong presence in the upstream, downstream, and corporate sectors, offering a wide range of services including human resources, finance, and information technology.

As a Senior Customer Care Engineer, you will provide technical support for the repair and overhaul of rotating equipment, including dismantling, diagnosing, assembling, testing, and issuing related technical reports.

You will also offer technical consultation to Shops, Operating Repair Units, and Contractor Shops, support field installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment, and prepare design engineering packages for rotating equipment.

Additionally, you will conduct technical investigations for shop repair return jobs to identify root causes, corrective actions, and lessons learned, coach and share knowledge with junior engineers, quality inspectors, and technicians, and collaborate with In-House Repair Units, Quality Assurance units, In-Kingdom Contractors, vendors, and manufacturers in shop repair work scopes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical field, particularly with rotating equipment.

Proven experience in mechanical design, troubleshooting, and major repair of oil and gas rotating equipment such as gas compressors, steam turbines, pumps, and gearboxes is also required.

Excellent proficiency in English reading and writing is necessary for this role.
