Hospitality Team Member

Join our luxury hotel in Devon as a Restaurant Team Member and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities include ensuring guests are served to hotel standards, preparing and cleaning working areas, and adhering to Health and Safety regulations. You will also be required to work flexible hours, up to 5 days per week, including weekends, with a typical shift being around 45 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards.
- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, Fire Safety procedures, and Food Safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good physical health, with the ability to lift and move objects safely.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer:
