Job Title: Data Excel Co-ordinator

At Lifelancer, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Excel Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clinical data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Provide input on CRFs, contribute to the development of trial databases and eCRFs, and perform QC checks and Database Quality Assessments.
  • Data Validation: Monitor data for consistency and acceptability, reconcile data from external sources/relational databases, and extract and prepare data subsets for statistical analysis.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with Chief/Principal investigators and statisticians to establish, align, and confirm data management expectations, and assist study teams to monitor the status of participant data.
  • Documentation: Prepare data management documentation, draft project-specific documents, and develop and review trial documentation related to data management.
  • Reporting: Support the production of regular reports, including data entry and query progress of studies, and prepare data management deliverables.
Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a biomedical/scientific/statistical or allied field, or commensurate experience in clinical trial delivery.
  • Evidence of training in Good Clinical Practice.
  • Programming experience in data management, such as MS Access, Excel.
  • Experience of working in clinical trials, with a particular experience of working with clinical data and a good understanding of CRF design and management.
  • Experience in developing reports using MSSQL scripts and Microsoft business reporting tools.
