Job Summary

We are seeking a highly committed and enthusiastic Nursing Associate/Registered Nurse to join our team in the General Outpatient Department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, maintaining clinical credibility and disseminating knowledge.

About the Role

You will work alongside our Multidisciplinary Team, providing patient care, coordinating shifts and staffing, and managing shifts in the absence of senior staff. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, maintaining clinical credibility and disseminating knowledge.
  • Work alongside the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Coordinate shifts and staffing, and manage shifts in the absence of senior staff.
  • Meet and greet patients, and ensure a warm and welcoming environment.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Registered Nurse
  • GCSE level including Maths and English

Desirable

  • Mentorship qualification
  • Previous Outpatient Clinic Experience
