We are seeking a highly motivated Care Team Member to join our team at Richmond London. As a valuable member of our practice, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and upholding our high standards of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with one in four weekends worked. You will receive the National Living Wage if you are aged 21 or over, and the National Minimum Wage if you are under 21.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£30,000 per annum, based on national averages for veterinary care assistants in the UK. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional care to clients
  • Patient monitoring and care, including everyday tasks such as walking, toileting, and feeding
  • Completing patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care facilities
  • Dispensing medication under the guidance of the veterinary team
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, practice, and operational standards

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working as part of a team and building positive relationships with colleagues. A calm and empathetic approach to client care is also essential.
