Our Team

The team supports our UK and International sales organization, collaborating with multiple functional areas, including pricing, information security, legal, product, technical, and marketing. We work together to complete responses to customer requests, developing and producing winning sales proposals that position LexisNexis Risk Solutions as the preferred provider of data, technology, and analytical solutions.

About the Role

As a Bid Support Specialist, you will manage customer due diligence requests from our global customers. You will draft and review responses, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service levels. Your skills and expertise will be highly valued as you provide request processing support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-time completion of security questionnaires and other vendor requests for customers and prospects, ensuring adherence to service levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization to collect and compile responses needed to complete questionnaires and proposals.
  • Compose clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification.
  • Support the development of the bid content library.
  • Work with proposal managers to support the development of persuasive proposals communicating LexisNexis Risk Solutions products responsive to RFx requirements.
  • Meet proposal and questionnaire deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.
