Café Operations Supervisor Job

We are seeking an experienced Café Operations Supervisor to join our international equine charity teams. This is a part-time role involving daily café supervision, team management, and maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in supervising daily café operations, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of staff. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a café or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
