Job Title: Head of Digital Factory

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Digital Factory to lead our digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable digital factory model, driving the design and setup of the AXA XL Digital Factory, and providing management oversight, strategy, and direction to digital delivery squads within the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a scalable digital factory model
  • Drive the design and setup of the AXA XL Digital Factory
  • Provide management oversight, strategy, and direction to digital delivery squads
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on opportunity identification, issue resolution, and governance
  • Support delivery through escalation of risks and issues
  • Close working relationship with Chapters/Guilds to ensure performance management is in place
  • Manage RFI/RFPs, contract negotiations, and delivery of contract terms
  • Develop business cases for application investments
  • Ensure the Solution Delivery Centre adheres to Information Security policies and standards


Requirements:
  • Significant IT and business/industry work experience in a Digital Factory Model
  • Excellent communications skills adapted to different audiences
  • Adept at vendor management, commercially and interpersonally
  • Ability to articulate problems, create solutions, and present analysis with proper detail and rigor
  • Thought leader in implementing agile practices
  • Expert knowledge of modern application development and using agile delivery methods
  • Ability to design product strategy and roadmap
  • Advanced experience in Financial forecasting and business case justification
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and multiple SDLC
  • Previous experience leading development and delivery teams
  • Experience in planning and executing multiple complex, large-scale initiatives
