Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Tesco Surrey Quays. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing foreign exchange transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Engage with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

Requirements

  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash
  • IT proficient, with basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Desire to succeed, with drive and vision to make a difference and provide exceptional service
