Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Reablement team, providing short-term care and support to help individuals stay independent at home.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families.
- Promote health, wellbeing, and independence among service users through tailored care plans and enablement strategies.
- Provide guidance and advice to service users to empower them in making informed decisions about their care.
- Assist with dignified personal care needs, as required, while maintaining confidentiality and respect for individual autonomy.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our service users. You will receive comprehensive training and support to grow your skills and development, including the option to complete a fully funded Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Frequent travel is essential for this role, and you must either hold a full and current driving licence or meet the mobility requirements through other suitable means.
