Job Title: Luxury Residential Project Estimator - High-End Construction

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum (DOE)

Overview:

We are working with a leading construction firm specialising in high-end private residential projects across London. They deliver bespoke, luxurious homes with the finest attention to detail and are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-end residential construction projects.
  • Conduct thorough quantity take-offs, analysing architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to refine project costs and budgets.
  • Manage tenders, negotiating terms and finalising contracts.
  • Regularly update cost databases, ensuring consistency with current market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator in high-end private residential projects.
  • Proven ability to work on bespoke, luxury developments with a deep understanding of quality materials and finishes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing within London.
  • Proficient in estimating software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
