We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at the airport bar. This role involves delivering high-quality dishes, ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful culinary experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and ensure adherence to health and safety rules.
- Monitor portion control and waste management to optimize profit margins.
