Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of young adults with complex needs? We are seeking a Life Practitioner to join our team at Kisimul Group Limited.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks. As a Life Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and behavioral needs of our residents are met.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to complete this qualification. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain accurate and clear records.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as extensive training packages, pension, life assurance, and genuine career development opportunities.

About the Role
As a Life Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
• Working with the staff team across all levels to safeguard our young adults at all times.
• Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home and wider community.
• Assisting with practical tasks relating to care, such as cooking and cleaning.
• Creating positive relationships with the young adults, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
• Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
• Ensuring that the needs of the young adults are being met and regularly reviewing and recording any changes to their needs.
• Actively contributing to the development of the team.
