Room Leader Opportunity at Bright Horizons

Nursery: Bright Horizons Wandsworth Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Competitive salary package, starting from £29,845.20 per annum

Location: Wandsworth, London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Wandsworth Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment is stimulating and engaging for children
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
