Are you a skilled solicitor looking for a new challenge in estate planning?

This client has a constant work stream from their members, banks, and charities, so no need for marketing and no billable hours.

As the Estate Planning Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of complex Estate Planning cases, including Wills, Trusts, and LPAs
  • Engaging with clients through various communication methods
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive team to develop your legal skills and administrative support will be provided at certain case levels
  • Mentoring more junior members of the team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft documents
  • The ability to use their initiative and prioritize their workload
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a remote setting
