Executive Chef Assistant

As a Sous Chef at Shepherd Neame, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of exceptional culinary experiences for our discerning customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef, and ensuring seamless operations in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Deputise for the Head Chef as required, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance menu offerings, drive innovation, and optimize operational efficiency.
