Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in our high-speed factory setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical repairs, as well as experience with PPMS and breakdown recovery. You will also be expected to participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular equipment inspections* Perform maintenance tasks according to schedule* Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues* Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements* Comply with health and safety regulations* Identify and report areas for process improvements
