Our Induction Program

Our intensive and supportive Early Childhood Teacher First Steps induction program provides new educators with a comprehensive introduction to our service, including:

  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
  • An ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, be working towards the above qualification
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • Be registered as a teacher or eligible to apply
