Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safety of all works across site
  • Issue permits for disciplines including hot works, working at height, excavation etc.
  • Provide health and safety guidance to the technical, facilities and project teams
  • Review and comment on RAMs in a suitable and effective manner
  • Write a Risk Assessment and Method Statement

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of Health and Safety
  • Experience in issuing permits and working in the FM arena
  • Proactive, able to work in a team, good communication skills
  • Keen desire to learn and understand, approachable, logical thinking
  • Adapt to the site requirements and be comfortable to approach anyone undertaking works to carry out safety conversations

Working Hours: Contracted hours 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and weekend working may be required at times
