About the Role:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Autism, enhancing their educational experience and promoting their social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with educators and support teams to implement effective behaviour management strategies and sensory approaches.
  • Create a safe and conducive learning space that fosters a sense of belonging and promotes academic achievement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting students with Autism or similar special needs.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and understanding of the needs of students with Autism.
  • Ability to adapt to changing educational dynamics and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in Autism support.
