We are currently recruiting for a Front Desk Assistant to work in a busy School environment. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for welcoming students, guests and parents into the school. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring safeguarding processes are followed, answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary, responding to emails, letters to parents, typing of letters and memos, filing, faxing and photocopying, and dealing with parents and pupils.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, hardworking, not afraid to take on new tasks, able to multi-task, and outgoing with a friendly personality. You will be supported by Georgina Longhorne, our Office & Technical consultant for the region.

As a Front Desk Assistant, you can expect to work between 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m., Monday to Friday. There may also be opportunities to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed. Estimated salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
