Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation Manager to join our client's rapidly growing team in East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected manufacturing company that values excellence and environmental safety.

As the EC&I Manager, you will be responsible for leading the EC&I engineering strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coaching and training the EC&I team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  2. Project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of EC&I projects.
  3. Conducting performance reviews, tracking individual development plans, and providing regular feedback to team members.
Requirements:
  1. A HNC, HND, or Degree-level qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Controls Engineering.
  2. Knowledge and application of PLC and DCS systems, including Rockwell and Siemens.
  3. Understanding of COMAH, DSEAR, COMpEX, and PUWER regulations.
  4. Industry experience in Oil and Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Industrial, or FMCG sectors.
  5. Management experience, including team leadership and project management.
