Residential Sales Expert

Taking up this Sales Advisor position at Bellway plc will provide you with a unique opportunity to build a successful career in the residential sales industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of presentation for the sales complex and site.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Maintain accurate records using Bellway's in-house CRM system.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisors on a regular basis.
• Assist purchasers following legal completion with any defects or customer care issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Experience of working within a face-to-face sales environment.
• Ability to work on own as well as part of a team.

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus monthly commission and a contributory pension scheme.
