Job Summary:

Silver Arrow Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class One Driver to join our team as a Tramper Driver. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting commercial vehicles and plant machinery throughout the UK using the latest generation of transporter equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting commercial vehicles and plant machinery throughout the UK, utilizing the latest generation of transporter equipment.
  • Loading and securing products for transportation.
  • Completing inspection and delivery documentation.

Requirements:

  • HGV Class One Licence.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a HGV Class One Driver.
  • In-date CPC and Digi Tacho.
  • No more than 6 points on your driving licence, with no IN, DD, or DR penalty codes.
  • A good level of physical fitness, as the job requires exertion and working at height.

About the Role:

This is a tramping role, which involves 4 nights away from home per week. You will be working Monday to Friday, with flexible start times.
