About the Role

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the process. Your extensive knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures will ensure seamless transactions, meeting client expectations and delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a high-volume caseload of residential property transactions
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on conveyancing law and procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient transaction processing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, conveying professionalism and exceptional service quality

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

* 2+ years of experience in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor or equivalent
* Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures in the UK
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and professional fees paid.
