Manufacturing Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Manufacturing Engineer within a leading Defence organisation based in Glascoed. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the long-term reliability of plant and equipment, conducting risk assessments, and leading process development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the reliability of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures
- Lead process development projects and manage risks
- Collaborate with engineering and production management to prioritise tasks
- Hold a minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Be a member of the Professional Engineering Institution
- Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing in a high-hazard environment
- Hold an IOSH Managing Safety/NEBOSH Certificate
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £43.54 an hour (Umbrella Inside IR35)
